Note: We specialize exclusively in design services and do not offer printing.

Payment & Refund Policy

A 100% upfront payment is required to begin every project.
All payments are non-refundable, as they cover research, design work and time invested.
Refunds are only issued if Designs by Nhyi cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Sendwave or other secure apps (after discussion).
Express projects require full payment upfront and attract an express fee.
If a client cancels a project after it has begun, kindly note that no refund will be issued. To restart, full payment must be made again.

Standard delivery time is 3–10 days for single designs.
Packages or multiple designs may take longer depending on the scope of work.
Turnaround time starts once all project details have been provided, not from the payment date.
Operational days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Kindly note that Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the stated design turnaround time.
Delays in submitting information may extend the project timeline.

Completed designs are uploaded to a Google Drive folder for easy access.
Final designs are delivered in appropriate file formats such as PNG and PDF (standard and print), depending on the design type.

Completed designs may be included in our portfolio, please notify us if you prefer to keep your project private.

Revisions take 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Each design includes up to three rounds of complimentary revisions.
Extra revisions or redesigns will attract an additional fee.
A reference image, sample design or clear description of the desired outcome must be provided before work begins. This will guide the creative direction of the project and is not for replication purposes, unless specifically requested by the client. If none is provided, we will proceed at our discretion and the initial concept will be refined to completion. A request for a complete redesign after concept development may attract an additional fee.
Once final files are sent, any further edits are billed as a new request.

In the event of a client being challenging to work with or displaying disrespectful behavior, Designs By Nhyi reserves the right to terminate any ongoing projects with that client. The initial payment remains non-refundable.

To ensure timely delivery, please respond promptly once work has commenced on your design(s).
If no feedback is received within four days, the project may be paused and a reactivation fee may apply.
